Man, I love a good day party. And on Sunday, August 31st, there was a good one over in the San Fernando Valley. Shine On was located at the Warner Center Park over in Woodland Hills and was put on by Addicted Events and Funk Potion. My set was from 4-5 and I barely made it in time. I wanted to get their earlier but my boy Matt was running late and I wanted to wait for him. I decided to take my puppy Herbie out with me to enjoy his first park party. He was instantly loved on by all the ravers there.

The stage was set up in a amphitheater that was in the park. It was strange spinning since most of the people dancing were behind me but it was all good. The vibe of the party was great. People grooving, kids dancing, pets chilling and food grilling. The police were there just observing the festivities. The party went off without a hitch and was one of the best day events I have been to a a while. Great times. Here are a few more pics of the event.
